How playing helps pets and people

Every time you enter the Blue Cross Raffle or Pet Lottery, you help us care for pets in need and support pet lovers across the UK. Changing the lives of pets and people has never been so exciting!

When you play you’ll help Blue Cross pets like…

Tommo

Tommo

Tommo was in a bad way when he was found wandering alone at a horse fair. He had conjunctivitis in both eyes and a large wound on his hindquarters. He received treatment at the fair before being taken to Blue Cross to continue being treated. Our team worked with Tommo daily to build his confidence and prepare him for his next chapter.

Pickle

Pickle

Poor Pickle came to us with a fractured skull and jaw after her head was accidentally shut in a door when playtime went wrong. We gave her the expert veterinary care she needed and found the sweet kitten a loving new home once she was better.

Martha

Martha

Miracle puppy Martha was the sole survivor of a traumatic birth, leaving her vulnerable and alone. We took her in and gave her round-the-clock care including hand feeding. It was touch and go for a while, but thankfully she pulled through and is now enjoying city life in her new home.

Tabitha and Cleo

Tabitha and Cleo

Found abandoned in a cardboard box in a park, rabbits Tabitha and Cleo must have been terrified. Initially they were very nervous, but after some gentle one-on-one time with a lovely fosterer, they found their confidence. And now they’ve now found their perfect home together.
